Book Iyashi-no-Sato Kiyashiki in Aso / Kurokawa Onsen (Kumamoto)―― This ryokan is located on a highland surrounded by nature, far from the centre of Kurokawa Onsen. It is composed of 10 detached rooms, all equipped with private open-air baths, and the main building. Both the public open-air bath facing the forest and the rental baths which command beautiful mountain views are wonderful.
Access: Two hours 20 minutes by bus from Fukuoka Airport to Kurokawa Onsen Bus Station, then 3 minutes by shuttle bus (Advance booking required)
