Gyokusui

Book Gyokusui in East Izu Atagawa Onsen (Shizuoka)—— This ryokan, with a nearly 10,000-square-metre large garden inside its premises, has a 200-metre long path in a bamboo forest. All 13 guest rooms are equipped with their own onsen baths. There are also gender-segregated public baths with open-air baths, and two rental baths for private use located in the bamboo grove. Guest can enjoy authentic Japanese food making use of fresh fish and other quality ingredients unique to Izu at a high-class Japanese restaurant with private dining rooms.

Access: Two hours 15 minutes by JR Limited Express from Tokyo Station to Izu-Atagawa Station, then 5 minutes by shuttle bus (Shuttle service runs from 2:25 pm to 4:55 pm every day)
