Book Harazuru no Mai in Harazuru Hakata Onsen (Fukuoka) — Situated along the Chikugo River, all guest rooms at this ryokan are equipped with private hot spring baths. Various types of rooms are available, including river-view hot spring suites and mixed Japanese-and-western-style rooms (wayo-shitsu) with open-air baths in a private garden. This ryokan does not have a large public bath because all onsen baths are located in each guest room. Both dinner and breakfast are basically Japanese meals, providing local foods like wagyu steak that comes from Japanese black cattle native to the Kyushu area.
Access: One hour by bus from Fukuoka Airport to Haki Interchange, then 5 minutes by shuttle bus from there (Advance booking required)
