Oyado Kotobuki

Book Oyado Kotobuki in Yumura Onsen (Hyogo)―― This onsen ryokan, themed around “good sleep,” integrates food and medical care. All 16 guest rooms come with hot spring baths. The ryokan also features gender-separated large public hot spring baths. Meals are served as “irori kaiseki” (a full-course menu eaten around a sunken hearth) using local ingredients.
