Book Tokiichiyu in South Izu Onsen (Shizuoka)—— This Japanese-style resort ryokan faces Yumigahama Beach, which was selected as one of the 100 greatest coastal landscapes in Japan. You can enjoy swimming here in summer. In regard to the hot spring, aside from gender-segregated large public baths with three different open-air baths, there are also three rental open-air baths for you to use privately at any time you like. Dining here comes with a twist, as guests can choose their favourite fish to be cooked for dinner.

Access: Two hours 40 minutes by JR Limited Express from Tokyo Station to Izukyu-Shimoda Station, then 20 minutes by shuttle bus (Advance booking required)
