Book Kirishima Seiryuso in Kirishima Onsen (Kagoshima)―― Deep in a virgin forest, this hidden ryokan is located in the Momiji (Maple) Valley, which is described as “the annex to Kirishima”. Among the 21 guest rooms, six have open-air baths, three have lie-down baths, and four have foot baths, allowing you to enjoy unique private onsen to the fullest. This ryokan also has a rental open-air hot spring bath next to a river, and a rental indoor bath offering a great mountain view.
Access: 35 minutes by bus from Kagoshima Airport to Maruo, then 3 minutes by shuttle bus (Advance booking required)
